Terms of Service
Welcome to Drawing Playground ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
Drawing Playground is a free, real-time collaborative drawing tool. A host starts a session and displays it on a screen; participants join by scanning a QR code and can submit drawings and short messages that appear on the host's screen. No account is required to use the Service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create, submit, or share content that:
- is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, or defamatory;
- is sexually explicit, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate for the setting in which it is shown;
- infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- contains malware, spam, or links intended to deceive or harm; or
- attempts to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
Because sessions are shown live on a shared screen, hosts are responsible for supervising their own event and may remove any drawing from their screen at any time.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of anything you draw or write. Drawings and messages exist only in server memory for the duration of a session and are discarded when the session ends or expires; we do not store, sell, or reuse your content. A host may save a snapshot of their own screen to their device, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. Sessions may end unexpectedly, and drawings may not be recoverable.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drawing Playground and its maintainer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. The Service is offered free of charge, and your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using it.
6. Advertising
The Service may display third-party advertisements, including ads served by Google AdSense. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising cookies.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
